I was pretty disappointed with how Emma Drury handled things while working in a professional role at the solicitors firm. You’d expect solicitors to treat sensitive information carefully and professionally at all times, but from what I experienced, that standard wasn’t met.

I found out that confidential client information had been discussed without permission, which really shouldn’t happen. I think the firm should take another look at how they handle confidentiality to ensure situations like this are addressed appropriately.

Because of this experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending their service.

Unprofessional is an understatement. Quick to take my money disgustingly slow to action.

If you don’t want to move and want to waste time & money, then I would highly recommend them. It’s the best way to explain this simply, without a long

HartLaw recently handled the sale & purchase of my elderly mother's property. The entire conveyancing team were excellent and went out of their way to personally support my Mum over and above what I would expect. Both my Mum and I were extremely happy with the service provided. While the solicitor for the vendor dragged their heels, HartLaw were efficient, responsive, professional and friendly. They have provided helpful advice throughout and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We recently dealt with Hartlaw for a buying a property. We had nothing but excuses after excuses, not responding for weeks on end. Giving very aggressive responses. The vendors solicitors was and we had nothing but issues from the outset and we felt like we were being lied to. I was made aware by the estate agents that they were having issues with other cases. All in all don’t use them as they will cost you business and a property sale like they did for us.
