Who stated I would need a 60% chances from a Barrister (which I have already)
Anyhow she stated a couple of grand for the barristers opinion would be required and they would scan over it before it went to them at there cost once verified at 60% they would take on a CFA.
Her email now says they want £10k plus vat for the barristers opinion and 5k plus vat for there account so much for honesty and a CFA no wonder the country is in such a state people literally get away with crime and justice never prevails.

Had a hideous experience with this firm in my divorce. Basically just a money spinning outfit playing on your weakness when going through an incredibly traumatic life event. I begged not to go to court to fight my side knowing that my ex would be narcissistic and found myself 100k down with no result. Stay clear of them. When I went back to ask for help the lawyer who had fleeced me said she was too busy! Awful person and awful service. I should have reported them but was too beaten up by the whole experience.

I used the firm for my divorce. In my opinion I fully trust that the advice was accurate but I would not recommend using them for cost and service. In terms of service, I found them condescending and not customer oriented. For example at the first meeting the team had not read the information they had asked me to provide and were late.
The fees are eye watering and they will charge for even the most basic correspondence or admin so expect to try to not ask them any questions.
On top of that they didn't even get the divorce across the line first time round, in a case where everything was agreed and there were no custody issue.
I suspect many firms are the same, and clearly divorce is an unpleasant experience but I would recommend you shop around and do not worry about the solicitors location. Good luck.
