Mary Mahon completed a difficult piece of property work for me. Throughout the whole experience Mary was communicative, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Doesn’t respond to email, doesn’t return phone calls. Not worth the hassle or the money! My advice would be to find someone else!

Used Mary for conveyancing. Sale and purchase. Early service (searches, etc) was ok but the further in we got the worse it got.
Totally non existent customer service, no talking through the process, hurried telephone conversations where she couldn’t wait to get off the phone, us doing all the chasing and constantly being told we needed to speak to the estate agent, etc.
and to cap it all she neglected to knock of the £500 we paid up front 6 months previously from our final bill.

Mary arranged a Power of attorney for my Dad, both he and I were delighted and remain so. The service was as you expect from a small business prompt and personal.

I Have used Mary 3 times and found her profesional and courteous on all occasions.

She has gone out of her way to help when things haven't been quite right.

I will definetly use her again.
