WARNING !!!!!!!!!
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel a duty to do so because my experience with TS Law was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences of my life.
I instructed TS Law to represent me in criminal proceedings after allegations that I maintain were false were made against me by a former partner. I maintained my innocence throughout and expected my legal team to prepare and present the strongest possible defence on my behalf.
Over several months, I spent countless hours preparing approximately 380 pages of evidence, including messages, documents, photographs and a detailed chronology that I believed exposed serious weaknesses in the prosecution case. I even offered to pay additional legal fees for my solicitor to review this material because I believed it was so important to my defence.
Instead, I was informed that my solicitor was not prepared to review it because he had many other matters to deal with. I was also told that my evidence would not be passed to counsel because it had been prepared with the assistance of ChatGPT. My solicitor stated that ChatGPT was "no good for the law" and unreliable, and that counsel's experience meant the documents would not assist the case.
I found this astonishing. I was not asking anyone to rely on ChatGPT for legal advice. I had simply used it to help organise and present my own evidence in a clear and logical format. I expected the evidence itself to be assessed on its merits rather than dismissed because of the software used to organise it.
What shocked me most was the lack of preparation. Despite having conduct of my case for around six months, my first proper conference with counsel did not take place until the Thursday evening before my trial, which was due to start the following Monday. I found this completely unacceptable. I had spent months believing my defence was being properly prepared, only to discover that the most important meeting took place just one working day before trial.
To make matters worse, I was informed during that meeting that the prosecution had significantly changed its case. This meant I was expected to rethink and adapt my entire defence with virtually no time to do so. In my opinion, no client should find themselves in that position after their legal team has had conduct of the case for six months.
The pressure I was under was immense. I struggled to sleep, found it difficult to work, and the stress affected every aspect of my life. At no stage did I feel reassured that my case had been prepared to the standard I had expected when I instructed the firm.
I was also advised to accept a resolution involving a non-conviction restraining order. My understanding was that this would effectively bring the matter to an end and that I would recover all of my legal costs. That was not my experience. I recovered only a small proportion of my legal costs, and the restraining order has continued to be referred to in later family proceedings. Looking back, I believe I should have been given much clearer advice about the practical consequences of accepting that outcome.
Ultimately, the prosecution did not result in a criminal conviction against me. Looking back, I believe there were significant weaknesses in the prosecution case that should have been identified and pursued much earlier.
My experience has left me with no confidence in the service I received from TS Law. Given the seriousness of the allegations I was facing, I expected careful preparation, detailed consideration of my evidence and clear advice throughout the case. Instead, I felt that my evidence was dismissed, preparation was left until the last minute, and I was not given the level of representation I had paid for or expected.
This review reflects my own personal experience and opinions. Others may have had a different experience, but based on mine I cannot recommend this firm and I would not instruct them again.

DO NOT USE!
Left my husband at the court with no representation as didn't turn up, no communication to say they wouldn't be there, he phoned them to see if they were on route for them to go on about legal aid when he had given them all the info/documents via phone and in person many times before his court date, complete disgrace to the law industry
Would give 0 stars if I could as not even worthy of 1 star
