The last time 18 months has been a difficult time for our family. We lost our Mother. She had used Pleass Thompson for her legal affairs for many years.
Firstly we used the firm to sort Probate. We couldn’t have been treated any better. Richard dealt with probate and was very respectful and guided us through the whole process. We appreciate every case is different and varies on complexity. For our case this was dealt with quickly and exceeded our expectations.
Secondly as we were so happy with Pleass Thompson we continued to obtain their services to sell our Mothers property. Our case was not the simplest and not straight forward. James did all our conveyancing work. We couldn’t speak highly enough about James and the service provided. We knew it was not straight forward however we received constant communication and guidance. Also all our expectations were kept realistic regarding time frames etc.
We are happy to say all our obstacles and problems were dealt with by Pleass Thompson in an extremely professional and courteous manner. We felt they really were outstanding and would highly recommend and use again without hesitation.

Visited today to attempt to have a document signed as proof of originality. Nobody available. However, the receptionist was extremely polite and friendly and extremely professional throughout.

Made some terrible, costly and basic mistakes when transferring a property title.
Jane Pleass blamed everyone else but herself and even refused to take phone calls and address emails. Even accused the client of harassing her!!
Ultimately, the legal ombudsman ruled completely with the client and forced them to correct their wrong doing.
Cannot be trusted, lacked integrity and could never recommend.
