We engaged Andrew Smith at this firm in 2016 for extradition proceedings. We terminated the representation in 2017 due to concerns about the handling of our case. Funds remained in the client account after termination, and despite multiple requests over several years, these have not been returned to us. When we raised this through their complaints process, there were significant delays in response. Peter Binning later handled our complaint. We found the communication and resolution process unsatisfactory and prejudicial. The matter remains unresolved as of 2025. We have had to pursue this through external regulatory channels. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this firm.
