Should be zero stars. A conveyancer at this firm is dealing with the purchase of a property that I am selling. On 2 occasions she has told my conveyancer that the buyer has pulled out, without checking with him, and it was not true. I cannot believe the shocking lack of professionalism. She is also extremely slow and never replies to my conveyancer's emails. Dreadful service, do not use.

I am a trustee of a trust and I have had a solicitor from this firm dealing with the trust as an executive for a couple years and I can't change the executive of the trust because it is out of my hands.
The communication has been terrible. I have to constantly ring the office where the solicitor seems to he constantly "out". I never get a call or email back. I email and sometimes don't get a response for 5 months.i would never use this solicitors by choice.

David Mathew's changed my pre conceived view on duty solicitors. David is very knowledgeable, street wise and a gentleman.
Having reviewed my case David saw through the selective hearing of the only witness.
Despite me wanting to put my point across I took David's advice and was nfa'd.

In all honesty - the most unorganised, slow, unreliable solicitors I have ever used. I had no confidence in them, and would advise potential customers to find another firm to use.
