Thanks to Trowers and Hamlins, we were able to exchange and complete on the sale of my flat within one day—just two working days before completing on our new home!
It simply would not have been possible if it wasn't down to their hard work. Both the buyer of my flat and the vendors of our home were delighted.
Their lawyer Leanne showed the perfect balance of empathy and expertise. I strongly recommend their services.

They acted for Vendors in my failed purchase, therefore I am not their client. BUT they played their part in a sale that, 10 months in , £2.5k down, and no sign of exchange or completion I backed out of. Crucial document errors, slow / poor communication. Novices or juniors without visible supervision probably given the task. Indifferent. Incompetent. Do not waste your time or money

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had the misfortune of dealing with Towers as they have been appointed as the legal representation of the housing developers of who I purchased my house from 2 years ago. Over 6 months ago I was able to secure a mortgage offer to buy my house in full (out of shared ownership). We noticed that my house had not Been registered with the land registry and When the land registry reviewed the file they found countless mistakes, including Incorrect witness signatures and no certificate of compliance. 5 months have past and the land registry have insisted on this certificate with Towers REFUSING to provide this. I have contacted them directly, my solicitors have and still nothing. This has cost me my mortgage offer & approximately £2000 in charges and interest payments.
Towers have failed to provide the correct and documentation and state that my firm has all the information they require. By them refusing to listen to my firm and the land registry. They have cost me a lot of money and resulted in my mortgage offer expiring.

We visited here as part of a school trip to show our start-up business ideas in order to receive feedback from the panel.
The company employees were very nice and welcoming. Our children loved it here.
Thank you, guys.
