Superb company to deal with conveyancing. I used Aksah Ijaz to complete a sale of my property and again to purchase a new one. Great communication and replies to emails within an hour. Very supportive and kept me up to date with the progress at all times. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or sell and I would 100% recommend Aksah Ijaz . Ibn addition the costs to sell and buy was very competitive with no hidden charges. Thank you for all your support.

Frustrated, by Curtis Laws A Warning to Others
I'm deeply disappointed with the level of communication I've encountered during my house purchase journey with Curtis Law. The lack of confirmation regarding the steps has left me in a state of uncertainty making it impossible to make any progress.
Trying to reach out to this company has been incredibly challenging as my numerous calls and emails have gone unanswered. Despite my efforts to seek clarification on the steps through email I haven't received any response leaving me unaware of the status of my case.
The service I've received has been subpar. It has led me to a point where I can no longer continue working with this company for my house purchase. It's important to highlight that once they accept your case communication becomes almost non existent. The long delays in their responses can stretch over six months putting your property transactions at risk. In my situation I had no choice but to switch solicitors due to these delays and the potential sale jeopardy.
Unfortunately I feel compelled to share my experience with Curtis Laws customer service and their significant lack of responsiveness, through this review platform.
It's important that prospective clients understand the challenges they might face if they decide to use their services. I want to share my experience and advise you to be cautious when considering Curtis Law for your requirements.
