Had a case with them and just felt like all they did was drag stuff on for months and waste my time. They kept delaying it because the person handling the case was on maternity leave (which is fair enough). Then after they got back they kept putting it off even though the case was time sensitive. They asked me to gather some information on the case that just didn’t exist. When I tried to question why they need it even the didn’t know. It was always me sending emails to get the case moving then after 6 weeks another person just randomly replied saying the last person has now moved teams. It felt like the first person dealing with it knew they were moving teams and didn’t care what happened with the case. Then the second person who took over the case had no idea about it and kept asking me to get the information that didn’t exist. When I questioned it more they basically told me they can’t help me anymore. Wasted 9 weeks of my time on a case that is approaching statutory of limitations.
