I used the firm to purchase a house and was not disappointed.
This, however, was not my first time dealing with Hay & Kilner for various purchases of houses and land (not myself, but relatives). Communication was amiss in some cases, but certainly has improved drastically for myself this time around.
My primary contact in the firm was Scott Oliver - Paralegal, he has always been very diligent and prompt answering any queries I had and offered reliable advice.

Thoroughly professional, friendly and approachable staff. Everything was explained clearly, questions answered, queries clarified. It was our first meeting at their new premises and the only issue for us was finding convenient parking!!

Tom Bridge is an exceptional caring young man dedicated to his job. I saw him to discuss my will and finances and felt at ease from the moment we met. Claire Simmons and her conveyancing team were exceptional. They gave regularly updates on progress and excellent advice during negotiations. The whole process ran smoothly and efficiently. Hay & Kilner's electronic verification, signing and payments systems were very user friendly.
