Having used local solicitors in the past (and getting completely ripped off as well as appalling service) we decided to give Right Law a go based on reviews when it came to selling our home in Cornwall. Right Law get a generous 2 stars from me, as anytime actually did speak directly with Nicola - she was very kind and helpful. However everyone else made the entire process really stressful - seriously poor communication from whoever answers the faceless inbox with basically one-word answers and wrong information. I got no help in understanding any of the legal detail and had to do a lot of chasing myself to both Right Law and third parties on behalf of Right Law. Would not recommend or use Right Law again, I have since used a different solicitor and the difference is night and day - hellos, please and thank yous go a long way!

Nicola is the best solicitor I have experienced in the last 12 years. I have used at least 20 solicitors but she was the opposite. I bit like how amazon provide great customer service her level is that high, something that is rare in the legal world.

I'm not kidding but 99% of the time she would respond to my questions within 10 minutes. Getting questions answered quickly stops unnecessary worry about various issues you can experience when buying or selling a house

We used Nicola to buy a new house and sell my old house. The speed at which she got things done was amazing. This is a quote from the estate agent I used " "I don't think I have seen a sale move so fast". She made sure she was not the cause of any delay. And if the other sides solicitor was causing a delay she would continuously chase.

She responded out of hours and sometimes at the weekend. If I need to discuss something. She was call within the hour. A truly exceptional service. The truth is given what I know now, I would be happy to pay double what she charges.

Thanks making what could have been a very stressful process, one where we could live a normal life knowing you had everything in hand, .
