Worst solicitor company. They waist your time. Take a case on and don’t know what to do about it. All the previous reviews are real I just give them the benefit of the doubt. Please do not engage with this firm for your own good.

Highly unprofessional. Making WhatsApp calls whilst on holiday and boasting about it. Sharing my private information with other people in communal areas. Do NOT trust this solicitor firm! No thought about GDPR or confidentiality.

Chunks Ogbonna apparently the owner is not a professional at all. He has wasted my time for 6 weeks. Doesn't return texts and leaves me on read and I'm the one only contacting him finding out what's going on with my case. Plus I find out that he made the wrong application to legal aid. I will be taking it further as he is not professional at all. And because of his unprofessionalism I am back to square one. Avoid this company at all costs.

Never before have I encountered a solicitor so blindly committed to his own self-importance and grandiose delusions that he couldn't see the forest for the trees. Mr. XYZ epitomizes the archetype of an ego-driven narcissist with an unwavering conviction in his imagined prowess. I went into the courtroom confident, only to be met with a rude awakening of just how deeply incompetence can be embedded in someone claiming to have the necessary legal acumen.

From our initial interaction, it was abundantly clear that Mr. XYZ had more interest in bloating his own self-image rather than focusing on the pertinent details of the case. He paraded around with flamboyant legal jargon, seemingly to impress rather than communicate effectively. This perniciously deceptive facade was sadly convincing at first, luring me into a state of misplaced trust.

As we advanced, it was as though he was perpetually engulfed in a thick fog of denial. Instead of dedicating his energies to building a robust defense, he spent an inordinate amount of time dismissing constructive feedback and ignoring vital details. His flagrant denial of his shortcomings was at once both astonishing and deeply unsettling.

Throughout the proceedings, he showed a complete disregard for critical thinking and evidence-based argumentation, opting instead for unfounded assertions and baseless rhetoric. His unimpressive performance did not waver for a moment, consistent in its shambolic execution from the very start until the case's unfortunate conclusion.

Mr. XYZ's narcism not only led to the loss of my case but also significantly damaged my faith in the legal system. His conduct was a detriment to the otherwise noble profession, painting a distorted picture of what it means to be a competent solicitor.

In the wake of my legal battle, I have nothing but regret. Regret for entrusting Mr. XYZ with a responsibility far beyond his capability, and regret for the time, resources, and energy wasted in the process. To say he was simply ineffective would be a gross understatement. He was, without a shred of doubt, the embodiment of a cataclysmic failure in legal representation.

I would not recommend his services to my worst enemy, let alone a friend or family member in need of legal support. His name should serve as a cautionary tale, a reminder that ego and denial can cause irreparable damage when they cloud the critical faculties of someone in such a critical role. I urge anyone in need of legal representation to look elsewhere – anywhere else, in fact, would be a more promising avenue.

My family had a terrible experience with this legal firm. We experienced a lack of attention to detail and a willingness to take on work outside their expertise/routine experience. We felt very much taken advantage of. This also felt negligent and the consequence of this over-reaching was emotional distress and avoidable financial losses. We unfortunately also had to report this firm to the ombudsman for questionable billing practices.

In future I would look to a firm that recognises it's limitations, has insight into their expertise and is open and honest.
