Imogen Olivia Thompson was our solicitor for our house purchase as first time buyers. Excellent service and wouldnt hesitate to recommend HLF Berry. Imogen was always contactable and responded to our queries immediately. We had heard horror stories about conveyancers but that is definitely not the case here. We bought our first house and chose HLF Berry to be our conveyancers, and we are so glad we did! Imogen has made the entire move, which we were told would be one of the most stressful things we would do, absolutely seamless. Very glad I listened to the reviews for HLF Berry and decided to take them on for my house move. Imogen is a Saint, so helpful with our complicated move. She was incredibly responsive and very diligent. Competetive prices and no hidden charges at the end, and after hearing horror stories from friends with their house moves, even if you find anyone cheaper don't do it, you'd be mad not to go here.

Imogen was amazing throughout our house purchase and I couldn’t recommend her and HLF Berry enough.
Communication was brilliant start to finish, very prompt replies, approachable and happy to answer any questions we had no matter how small. The experience was the complete opposite of all the horror stories you hear when buying a property.
Everything was explained clearly, all fees were transparent and there were no hidden costs.
The whole process was smooth and well managed thanks to Imogen. Would definitely recommend!
