Phoned got told someone would be around Wellingborough but goes for lunch at one. Only to find that no ones their but their mail goes sometimes. Spoke to Northampton another lady said she would be able to assist still no call within 5 days waste of time should owe me now disgusting service.

After listening to the GDPR webinar, I am far less concerned. John used language that I understood which has enabled me to see and understand in simple terms the steps that I need to take that ensure that I am meeting the requirements. The Flowchart attached is a simple step by step process to follow.
