I think they are immoral in how the charge you. You get charged for every 6 minutes spent on your case, which whilst very expensive I accepted. However if the 6 minutes involves a quick exchange of emails you get charged twice for the same unit of time!
I sent a 2 line email with one question in it and received a 2 line response answering it. Literally a couple of minutes work. They changed me twice! Once for sending the email to them asking the question and again for them answering it. £66 for a 2 line response to an email which took no more then a couple of minutes to deal with!
I can't work with a company like this. The charges are high enough per hour without having to pay twice for the same unit of time just because you ask a question via email.

Had an appt this evening. The solicitor forgot about the appt. Not very good service. Would not recommend
