I never ever write reviews but I can’t stress enough how Mark Shepherd and the team at LT law deserve much more than 5 stars.
Mark represented me in court over a Speeding and careless driving charge. I was worried as my job relies on me having a licence.
Every step of the journey Mark reassured me which massively helped calm my nerves.
Having never needed a solicitor before I called 4 different people and Mark was the only person I felt really listened.
On the day Mark kept me updated while I waited and really helped keep my nerves down.
I feel LT Law were very affordable and genuinely tried to get the best for me.
Thank you Mark again and in the nicest possible way I hope I never see you again.

LT Law are absolutely superb! A massive shout-out to Mark Shepherd, Helen Banks and the rest of the team. I have dealt with LT Law on both a private funded basis and Legal Aid situation, their service remained the same, faultless I must add, regardless of funding mechanism. The payment plan and game plan when funded privately was clear, concise, offered great value and left me feeling extremely confident that I had selected the best legal team available. The Legal Aid situation was also an extremely positive experience, it is very humbling asking for the best legal team without access to finance, LT Law treated me with a professional love and care and really looked after me with the "Ground Angels" in the office completing administrative works, tirelessly, on my behalf. LT Law implemented a 4D Chess strategy which was executed faultlessly, pure GENIUS! Mark Shepherd is a very handsome, well versed, and superb legal brain and it has concerned me ever since we met that a man with such a great sense of humour, personable approach and clear to see integrity has the audacity to wear an extremely questionable pair of Southampton Football Club Cuff Links, I suppose all great men have their weaknesses! 😀

I had Mark Shepherd as my solicitor and I was extremely impressed with the manner in which he dealt with my case. He replied to my emails promptly and he made my feel very comfortable when informing me of the full process. I was lucky to acquire such a positive and hard working individual as my solicitor and I’m sure his other colleagues will measure up to his standards. Because of him I left with the outcome that I wanted. I was recently represented by Mr shepherd and truly couldn't recommend him enough. From my first call to him I felt he was always honest and concise. Communication was always great, I never felt I was waiting on an answer to a question or that information was unavailable to me, even more impressive seen as this was during a corona virus lockdown.
On the court date Mark was able to recall my case from memory with remarkable detail, a true sign of the work he must put in behind the scenes, he seemed genuinely enthusiastic and at no point did I ever feel he was just going through the motions which is astounding for someone who has been practicing for 16 years. He made me feel at ease whilst still being realistic about my situation.
Amazing value for money, I can't imagine you would ever feel that he and the team could have done more for you.
