Despite the unusually high number of positive reviews (although a small sample size), in my opinion, her fees are ridiculously high. In fact I should say on unfathomably high. I was truly shocked at the quote for conveyancing. Remember folks, you're purchasing or selling a house - a straight forward process. Save your time and money and pay 1/3 of her fees with someone else, despite the promises of a personalised service. Business is business and you're nothing but a number.

As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for better support than what Sarah provided. She made the entire house buying process feel genuinely stress-free, which is no small feat.

Sarah was extremely helpful throughout, taking the time to clearly explain each stage and ensuring everything moved along smoothly. She was fantastic at keeping things on track — making sure everything was done in a timely manner and proactively chasing other solicitors when needed, setting clear expectations throughout.

Her communication was excellent — always responsive, proactive, and reassuring whenever I had questions. Thanks to her professionalism and efficiency, my purchase went from offer to completion in just 8 weeks, which was incredibly impressive.

I'll start by saying that Sarah is a good Conveyancer. We likely wouldn't have been in our house for a good couple of months without her, if not at all. She ended up working up the chain on our behalf, informing other solicitors of what they needed to do. She's a delightful person to deal with, and always responsive to calls and emails.

Unfortunately, the state of conveyancing in general makes it difficult for Sarah to do her job to the best of her ability, and it means that competition and relative performance of her peers makes Sarah stand out even further. The only reason I'd give this as a 4* is because she can over promise and not follow through on that. We trusted her implicitly on the process, and perhaps looking back we should have not gotten our hopes up so much on certain matters. I'd still recommend Sarah to friends & family and greatly appreciate her support, but alas conveyancing is still such a horrible sector of law and even with the best solicitor you can end up getting scorn.
