I finally got round to formally writing up my Will earlier this year having spent years doing it myself ( Google!!) Alice at Pender Law was excellent. Very attentive, listened to my requirements and somewhat awkward family dynamics, researched some benefactor details and advised me on the best course of action. The whole process was quick and efficient and I would highly recommend.

Penderlaw discovered a significant legal problem with the deeds, which previous purchasers of the development were not aware of. This problem jeopardised the long term security of our ownership of the property which were purchasing. It required Penderlaw to negotiate with the Sellers solicitors to accept the need for a formalised Deed of Variation. Penderlaw were proactive, reassuring, informative and professional during the entire protracted process. We highly recommend Penderlaw.
