Having many Solicitors in the past, who soon become less attentive to my needs, after securing their legal aid funding, and certainly not working in my best interests. I was amazed to discover this firm, and fully delighted with the results and efforts, Mr Neil O'sullivan; he acted up and beyond my expectations, he has excellent communication skills, with both myself and conveying my case to the CPS and the court, furnishing both with clarity on the circumstances orbiting the fact.
I have never met a more attentive solicitor, who gave fantastic advice and direction in the best form of action to take.
I would highly recommend this solicitor and his firm for outstanding results, my gratitude is infinitely felt. Again, a big thank you. Paul Knight

In a time sensitive matter, took almost 6 weeks to tell me there was nothing they could do. Very difficult in touch with over the phone (always seem to be in training or unavailable and I was told to “call back,””someone will call you later,” “try again tomorrow” etc). They take ages to reply to messages. It’s seemingly impossible to get an appointment with anyone face to face. They took instructions, took facts, and when requesting an update 4 weeks later took another week to tell me it hadn’t even been looked at yet and then a further week to tell me they didn’t think they could do anything to help. Looking back over the conversations, the only thing they appeared interested in was the funding. Wasted so much time that it will now be difficult to find someone else in the remaining time I have. I wish I had read the previous reviews before I enquired with them. The issues I have faced seem to be a recurring theme. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not even worth a 1 star review.

As a member of the public, and through my association with someone who was a client of this firm, I would not recommend using this legal practice. In my experience, the firm does not appear to prioritise client care and has demonstrated a lack of dignity and respect towards both clients and members of the public.
The conduct of certain solicitors, along with aspects of the firm’s management, appeared unethical and lacking in compassion. There seemed to be a strong focus on fees and funding, with very little meaningful progress or results achieved in return.
Additionally, the lack of clear advice, advocacy, and support was concerning. It was particularly distressing to witness the client being placed under considerable duress during a family court hearing by her own acting legal representative.

I sought legal advice today on behalf of my brother. I spoke with Pras, who went above and beyond to help me, he was professional, empathetic and down to earth. I left the call feeling like the world had been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you so much!

Absolutely terrible representation froma firm that used to have a good reputation (many years ago). Absolutely terrible in taking clients instructions, do as they like, ignore phone calls, requests for updates always promise to call back or email...never do. Went to Court totally unprepared, defendant expressed his concerns that they hadn't got the ONE piece of mitigating evidence that could have helped in the case. Said didn't want to proceed without it. Bhatia Best said they had enough mitigation, turns out they didn't...or did they??, The person handling his case said they couldn't get it, then after being sentenced & a request for a copy of the SAR request that they said had been sent for said mitigation. The barrister decided to say he had it all along, but decided not to use it. So someone is not telling the truth! Also calculated the sentence wrong & when release date came through it was 6 months longer than both solicitor & barrister said. On questioning this, merely told 'I'll try & find out for you?. Still refusing to release a copy of said SAR request & my file. Keep passing the book between the 2 of them. That file is mine by law & certain documents in it. Now at the point where I only have 9 days left for any type of appeal?? Definitely something dodgy going on here. Law Society & Solicitors Regulations Authority will be hearing of this. They think they are above everyone else & treat you with contempt & as though you are a nothing & a lesser person than they are. Anyone who wants decent representation in any criminal matter & I don't mean to get you off as I was always pleading guilty. Did however expect that they would represent me properly. In court the Barrister didn't really know anything about my case. Let the judge say allsorts of stuff that didn't even relate to me as a person. Never interrupted the judge once to correct him. I kept trying to catch my barristers eye & even tried to say 'that's not true, still nothing. Honestly I would have probably been better off representing myself. An utter disgrace & they know it.. sad fact us they don't care. Sat in thier ivory towers. They make me sick!!!!
