People have had enough of the rogue lawyers grabbing money , delivering poor performance and not even dealing with your file in a timely manner and refusing to acknowledge their failure.

The professional negligence claim against solicitors are not frequent so most people go to SRA about their issues but it’s important they know the organisation will probably don’t help and delay and deny. This is why it’s often better to chose direct access barrister over these solicitors who can get away with a lot.
