Alex Small and his assistant Elisa Bortos have been extremely helpful in our house moving process. They are both friendly, very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions that we had. For anyone who is looking to move house in West Midlands area I simply cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely abysmal service!!! No reply to emails or phone calls. After spending nearly £4k they told me that they would not represent me. Despite them having been informed of my new address, they sent correspondence informing me of this to my former home where my estranged wife still lives!! Talk about adding flame to the fire!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I phoned up originally and spoke with a lovely lady called Di who said they would help me with me case and asked me to send over evidence. I heard nothing back and have been trying to get in contact for 3 months now with no reply. I have emailed and phoned with no response and at first I was patient because of the global pandemic but on Google they are showing as open and on the voicemail there is no mention of service issues.

I have given up making contact as it seems as though they are not able to send a simple email or pick up the phone.

Would not reccomend, take your business elsewhere.
