I obtained 5 fee proposals from other practises. Jefferies were the cheapest by far. At the end of the process I did not get any hidden fees slipped in to the invoice, they honor the agreed price. If there are any variations they will notify you before proceeding (didn't happen to me. However, I'm sure this is the case as they're very professional and put the client first).

If I could give 10 star I would have. I have tried so many law firms and Jefferies has so far been one of the best firm I have dealt with. I was buying an action property and David and his team were superb. The offered seemless help and advise and on top of it David was able to provide me extra assessment on more auction properies in a very short notice.
