I shared my dissatisfaction with the service I received from this firm and no-one has ever responded.

7 months later… despite the reply from Morr they were going to contact me, nothing.

This firm is certainly not interested in clients. Although, recommended by a friend, they did not get back to me after my telephone call and a request to call back.
All right, a few days later I called again and spoke to a secretary who took my details and even gave me a name of a lawyer who, apparently, was meant to call the same day.
Nobody called. Neither on the day, nor the next day. Nor two... three days later.
Thank you for nothing - what else can I say in such a case?
