Used the professional services of Myfanwy McDonagh, Adrienne Birch and other members of the team at Furley Page Whitstable for the purchase of mine and my partners first home. Had nothing but great service from beginning to end and very thorough with the searches which was great for peace of mind. Will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Don't be fooled by the framed certificates on the wall, they are truly awful. Tried to just get a phone call returned to fined out how my purchase of a house was going and after five attempts and estate agent chasing and a promise of a call from there reception no joy. You feel as if your biggest purchase is an inconvenience to them. Plus they are more expensive for this pleasure. The lack of curtesy and care towards their clients is shocking. I would advise them to get more staff if they can't handle the load, and advise everyone else to avoid them until they do.

Awful service. Upped their rates during service, extremely hard to contact solicitor, and calls returned after a few days, even when chasing them for a response every day. 'Misplaced' important documents at one stage, and visited the office 3 times (waiting over 1hr in total) before documents were handed over. Caused unnecessary stress and wasted our time.
