I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Furley Page Solicitors.
I contacted them regarding an HM Land Registry matter, but no work was ever completed on my behalf. After deciding I no longer required their services, I made this clear to them. At no point was any application submitted, and no progress was made on the matter.
Despite this, I later received a bill for £519. When I asked for a breakdown of what work had actually been done, I did not receive a clear explanation that justified this charge.
I feel I have been billed for little to no service, which is both frustrating and unfair. Based on my experience, I would urge others to be very cautious and to request full clarity on fees and work carried out before proceeding.

I cannot recommend Megan Bennie highly enough. Although my divorce in theory should have been relatively straight forward, the reality was very different. Megan was there for me throughout the entire process, with nothing ever being too much trouble. Every query was answered swifty and any concern dealt with understanding. Megan worked hard on my case, and was so thoroughly prepared when my case went to an FDA hearing, that the hearing could be utilised as an FDR hearing instead. Through prompt negotiations, my case was settled after the FDR hearing within hours, with an outcome that exceeded my expectations. I cannot thank Megan and her assistant Josie enough.

Excellent service from Will King and Tony Chester at the Chatham office. We were selling a business in Kent and they were very professional, easy to deal with and gave clear, practical advice. Would definitely recommend.

Had a meeting with a solicitor in relation to an employment law matter and was incredibly impressed with the way in which I was dealt with. Really excellent communication and the solicitor I met who gave me so much confidence - fantastic subject matter expert. I'd definitely return if I need employment law advice.
