I'm the executor of the will of a leaseholder who owned a sheltered flat with 100 years left on the lease and so had both a ground rent landlord and a difficult service company to deal with as well as they buyer's chain. Martyn Measures supported by Claire Mercer and Louise Cottrell at Hibberts were absolutely first class in ensuring that everything went through on time. They were friendly and gave great advice at moments when the chain our buyers were in looked doubtful. I enjoyed the jokes too. Can't recommend them highly enough.
