My wife and I would highly recommend Olivia Graves from Rawlins Davy Reeves. She would communicate with us promptly when we had any questions or concerns. She is an exceptional solicitor and made a really stressful move seem manageable. She made sure if she was away from the office that we could call and still have our queries answered. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review.

I would NOT recommend Rawlins Davey Solicitors, I used them for the purchase of the Freehold on a block of Flats. Alex Crabbe failed to due his due diligence and issue a LPE1 but has refused to admit that he did or offer any compensation when we were faced with a deficit on the account following completion. Very sloppy work and would avoid using him/them.

I recently had a tricky sale/lease extension/purchase combo that was handled by Rawlins Davy. Due to some issues at my buyer's solicitor, the process was far longer than it should have been.

However, Rawlins Davy acted in the most professional and thoughtful manner possible - taking time to answer my queries with measured, understandable responses, and offering excellent advice to ensure we continued to make progress even when the outlook was bleak.

I'm very impressed with the way they took a personal interest in my process, and I never felt that what I was asking was too much trouble. Becky and Alex were particularly excellent, and are a credit to the team.
