A huge thank you to Andrew and Nicole, who were both excellent throughout the whole process. They were always quick to reply to our emails, kept us updated every step of the way, and were patient in answering all of our questions. Buying a house can be quite stressful, but they made everything feel well organised and straightforward.
We were especially grateful for the way they dealt with an issue we discovered during our final viewing. They followed it up immediately with the seller’s solicitors and kept us informed until a satisfactory solution had been arranged.
From our offer being accepted to completion, the whole process took around three months, which we were really pleased with.

Not impressed by Levis although when the solicitor dealing with my case left, her replacement was much better. I could actually get in touch with her. The purchase of my flat took over six months to complete even though there was no chain and no mortgage involved. I was also charged initially for mortgage costs even though it was a cash buy.

Buying a property is far more stressful than I expected, and there were moments during my purchase where delays on the seller’s side — particularly when their solicitor was not responding to enquiries — really highlighted how important it is to have the right solicitors acting for you.
During those times, I was extremely grateful to have Levi Solicitors representing me.
