I called up you Miss Phyllis and said to you that I have a lease that I would like you to have a look on on the 6th of September you said to me it will cost £550 for you to have a look on the lease and give me advice on it, but you can only do it if I pay the £550 on the 9th of September at 5:30 I transfer £550 then reply. Can you please refund the money because the shop has gone? The man has gave someone else the shop to lease so which in 3 to 4 weeks he will have a shop ready so by then I would let you do the work and that lease you refuse to give me back my money because you said that you have done work , what work did you do? You did not give me no advice no direction so how can you take my money and the refuse to give me back £275 from £550? That is unfair I want my money back.

We went to Phil Solicitors to sort a probate matter. The solicitor that dealt with our case was unprofessional, abrupt and unhelpful.
We had to constantly contact Phil Solicitors for updates, which in my opinion is extremely unprofessional. When the solicitor did call, she was rude and the very patronising. Considering we paid quite a high fee, she did very minimal work with hardly any case progression. We ended up terminating the contact and went elsewhere.
I'll be contacting the Law society to make a formal complaint.
I urge anybody considering using this solicitor to go a more reputable solicitor.
