Not recommend, very poor and un professional services, recommend ed by ibay agency.. The lady called nina hood who dealt with my house buying, she strongly interrogate my income even explain to her she still not understand, i paid her to help me to buy house not to pay her to interrogate me!! Very un professional i can not trust this ladyto dealt with it anymore i chang to Curtis law, within week they helped me to get to the house in no time. 5 star to curtist law. If you need good straight forward, very professional i recommended curtis law. Don't waste your time in ratcliffe & Bibby firm.. They didn't do good job i still paid them, waste time, waste of money. This is true.
