Contacted me following a call to say that a previous pension claim wasn’t enough and I was entitled to more.
Net result not only was I not entitled to additional money, but they have now tried to invoice me for £342 claiming I ended the agreement, after they failed to secure any additional payment and ended the claim.
Seeking legal advice from a reputable company at this point.

Having a dreadful time with this solicitor. Conversations seemed to be ignored, promises of updates and returned calls never happen. Now they don’t seem to know why they solicited my business in the first place. I am shocked that such unprofessional behaviours exists with a law firm. I feel they have extracted personal information from me under false pretences. I am looking for a route to complain to their professional body.

I regular deal with Simon. Really impressed with him. We use their services both in business and personally. They are professional and courteous. Calls and emails are answered. When chasing they follow up with the other side as requested. Pricing is reasonable.

When visiting they have been obliging to make time to meet at a time convenient to us.
