If you are arrested and these are the lawyers on duty, do not use them. It felt like they were on the side of the police considering both the advice and amount of time it took to get a simple reply.

The gentlemen who was my representation gave me bad advice. When I tried to contact them it took nearly 3 days for them to answer the phone, then another week to even get an email from them. I changed lawyers at the earliest juncture.

I understand they have a big case load but I urge you all to wait for another solicitor OR to already have your own available.

Friendly staff and helped me understand that the problem I had was to be solved by a reliable trustworthy solicitor.. Did not regret using this firm. Would recommend this them highly .

Having seen how inconveniently located the office is, my immediate thought was ‘they must be making up for this with the quality of their services’. Sadly, not the case.

I needed a simple photo likeness verification and was in the are but called up before making the trek over to make sure this is something they could do. I was told they can, at a price of £10 per document. I don’t use this sort of services every day, so though I felt it sounds a little steep, I said that’s fine.

I felt unwelcome from the second I set foot in the office, as I was greeted with ‘what do you want’, rather than a ‘hello’. Once I had to re-explain, despite having done so ten minutes earlier on the phone, I was told by another person (male, the voice on the phone was female) would cost me £15. When I asked ‘why, your colleague sitting next to you (I knew it was her as it was only two people in the office) told me ten minutes ago that it would be£10’, all I got was ‘I don’t know what you were told, you’re talking the right person now and it’s £15’.

I just walked out of there and went to another solicitor five minutes away who got the job done for £5 in less that two minutes.

To add to it all, the place looked extremely unpresentable and messy - papers and folders stacked everywhere, a dirty reception with a sink full of dirty dishes and a stuffy feel from lack of fresh air.

Good luck running your shop with this level of service and care for your clients.
