Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you to Michael Clarke and PA Michele Allen.
They have both handled my family court case amazingly and I can’t fault either of them.

Everything was always done by the deadlines, most of the time it was done before deadlines. They always both answered emails in a good time, and always called me back.
I believe Michael handled my case extremely well and always gave me the best advice for my child. I am extremely grateful for how my case was handled and would not hesitate to recommend this firm to others.

I would not recommend this firm. I have extremely poor advice from the solicitor which has in turn not played out well in court at all. Advice she gave resulted in extreme criticism of me and my person in court by the judge. I believe this was intentional. Further she advised a fact finding would not be appropriate as I had evidenced DV in my witness statement. Following her advice has resulted in such a bad outcome for me and my child. The father is already back out there dragging my child around to pubs, and we have no protection moving forward, and a barring order now in place. The solicitor is not advocating for me and my child and placated me in order for her professional relationship with the other players to remain intact. The solicitor also would not share case management and I have NO idea what has been filed or said on my behalf. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I don’t usually recommend solicitors and I am very protective of my clients. However so far this month I have referred 4 clients to this firm and 3 have mentioned that they are more confident about going to family court.
I did warn my clients that this firm is busy and won’t always answer every call from every client all the time. This firm may appear to be “not the fastest” at getting things done. In my experience most solicitors are not very good at customer service.
However when something needs saying or doing this firm are better than most. I have witnessed one of their solicitors roll their sleeves up and really fight for one of my clients. Sometimes the passion leaks out.
So if you can handle the fact you will only get a meaningful call returned and looking for a thorough and dogmatic firm, choose this one.

I hoped for total support from DSD when I instructed them, I got so much more. I would highly recommend them and would most definitely use them again without any hesitation.

I would especially like to thank Andrew Stone for his excellent work, professionalism, kindness and understanding, especially on those occasions which proved emotionally difficult dealing with unpleasant issues. You dealt with me in a professional way but showed patience and understanding. There was no hesitation from you about presenting a worst case scenario and always lending a sympathetic ear, which was very much appreciated. Many many thanks again Andrew for everything, you were brilliant!

To be honest, I looked at some of the negative comments, and was surprised!
Not sure who they dealt with at DSD Law.
I can only speak about one person on the team.
I was lucky to come across Andrew Stone, after dealing with 3 other law firms in Essex & London.
The 3 before were to put it blunt
useless!!!
Cost a fortune, and rubbish advise.
Andrew turned my whole case around.
Solid correct advise.
Always got back to me straight way.
Never felt rushed.
Honest.
