Rebecca Bozier was fantastic from start to finish on the sale of our flat and purchase of our house. Would highly recommend her and Gawor and co.

We used Gawor & Co Solicitors for our recent sale and purchase. Overall the experience was mixed, which is why I have landed on three stars.

We initially dealt with James, who was responsive and helpful at the start of the process. However, part way through the transaction he disappeared from the case and Sameer took over. There was no real handover or explanation at the time, which made things feel a bit disjointed during an already stressful period.

Our transaction itself was quite complex, involving a few moving parts, and while Sameer and the team did ultimately get the deal over the line, there were several mistakes along the way. This included incorrect information appearing on documents that then had to be corrected and pointed out by me, and in one case a HTB form having info completley missing including printed names next to signatures and basic things like this. These issues were sorted, but added unnecessary back and forth and stress.

Buying and selling property is always stressful, but a stronger level of attention to detail and clearer communication would have made the process much smoother. That said, the team did stick with the transaction and we did complete in the end and they were always very polite.

Overall: capable of getting things done, but the process would have benefited from better continuity and accuracy.

I highly recommend the services or Gawor and Co, particularly Rebecca Bozier. She was thorough, gave timely updates and always explained complex matters in a way that was easy to understand for me as a first time buyer. I will definitely be using Rebecca’s services again when I come to sell/buy my next property. Thank you!
