Devonalds have been brilliant during a very long and drawn out 6 months it has taken to buy our house. At our end, we were ready to complete within 8 weeks of the offer being accepted and this was due to Nicky’s excellent work getting required work complete. Will definitely be using Devonalds for any future purchases!

We have just used Devonalds Pontypridd to buy a house. Nicky has been with us every step of the way, explaining and guiding us through the process, and always quickly responded to any of our queries or questions (and there was a lot). He was professional and polite at all times, yet there was a friendly warmth about him and his interactions with us. Very impressed with the app and the ability to sign and confirm most documents through this which made accessibility so much easier when working full time. Absolutely fantastic! I was not a client of Devonalds, however Sara Edwards was the acting solicitor of my seller. They helped achieve the impossible by getting my property completed within an astounding 7 weeks. Without their cooperation with my solicitor and their speed and expertise, I would not have made the stamp duty holiday. I would highly recommend their services and am so very grateful that my seller used their services. Thank you!
