I contacted Zimmers Solicitors regarding a legal dispute with a company in Great Britain after no one in my home country (Germany) was willing to take on the case.
My initial contact was with Ms. Bauer, who also informed me that this firm regularly collaborates with my legal expenses insurance (Roland).
Since I already had cost coverage approved, this worked out perfectly.
Ms. Bauer informed me that she would soon be leaving the firm and that Ms. Lada would be taking over my case.
Ms. Lada thoroughly and comprehensively familiarized herself with my (complex) case and won it in my favor within two months.
However, I was disappointed that I received no compensation. Following a serious car accident in 2022, I suffer from severe cognitive and psychological impairments, and the legal dispute, which dragged on for over a year, did not help. A release of confidentiality for my psychologist was also in place, should any inquiries have arisen.
Aside from this, I was very satisfied with the representation provided by Zimmers Solicitors.
The legal dispute had existed since 2023, Zimmers Solicitors took over the case in November/December 2024, and by January 2025 the case had already been won in my favor.
