Absolut disappointment. I have tried to contact them a few times by email and never received an answer. That's very rude. Shahnaz gave me her email to contact her when I prepare my papers and to advise and start the procedure if reasonable, but I never received an answer, for over 3 months now. Poor customer service. No comment

I cannot recommend John Atkins enough. From the outset he was a kind and wise advocate. He took an extremely sensitive and complicated issue and broke it down into manageable chunks with his expertise and commitment to a positive outcome, all in a very tight time frame. He truly went above and beyond in every way and made me feel like mine was the only case at the forefront of his mind even though I’m sure he had an immense workload behind the scenes.
