I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and support I received from this firm during family court proceedings concerning my children.
From the very beginning, after making initial enquiries regarding representation, I was extremely concerned by what I perceived to be a sexist response to my reports of domestic abuse within the relationship. Rather than feeling listened to and supported, I was left feeling dismissed and that my experiences as a father and victim of abuse were not taken seriously.
As the case progressed, communication and case management fell far below the standard I expected. It was only one week before the final hearing that I was contacted to prepare my final statement and submit evidence to the court. Despite providing substantial evidence, the firm proceeded to submit the final statement without including any of the evidence I had supplied.
Shockingly, it was not until the day before the final hearing that I was contacted again to discuss evidence that I had already provided weeks earlier and which should have been submitted to the court long before.
When attending the two-day final hearing, I discovered that my final statement with supporting evidence had not been included within the court bundle. This meant that the judge was not presented with crucial evidence relating to the serious issues I had raised throughout the proceedings.
The outcome resulted in my children being returned to their mother’s care. Sadly, within just six months, the same historical patterns of neglect and mistreatment have re-emerged. Schools have since raised multiple safeguarding concerns, Early Help intervention has been put in place, and Social Services are now carrying out further assessments.
What is equally disappointing is that since the final ruling, this firm has not once contacted me to follow up on the outcome, check on the welfare of the children, or offer any form of support or aftercare.
Given the significance of family proceedings and the life-changing consequences they have for both parents and children, I expected far greater professionalism, communication, diligence, and client care. Unfortunately, my experience was one of disappointment, frustration, and a profound lack of confidence in the service provided

absolutely outrageous, I have been waiting over 7 months for them to call me back give me updates, when I call them to see what’s going on they don’t even remember anything about the case, there surveyor that they send out is just shocking I have been waiting 5 months for a report that I was told it would take 10 working days, this company should not exist they do not know what they are doing at all!!! They are a scam
