Would not recommend, lack of communication is shocking, takes them months to do something that should only takes days, charge you for services without telling you! Never actually able talk to the solicitor you have the privilege of paying for but her secretary is amazing thankfully an is happy to help! Will never use again!!!

Cannot rate these guys enough. They were recommended by a few different people and it is easy to see why. Everything was so easy, and managed excellently. Our purchase and sale was far from easy and Chesworths were always very calm and professional. Our original case handler left the business, and at this point I was expecting delays and little communication. Quite the opposite, Ian very kindly took my call and explained the next steps and that he would be looking after the file until a date agreed, where Lisa Allbutt took over our file, and wow, what an absolute pleasure she was to deal with, from experience of using solicitors in the past, it feels like they can use legal jargon far too much and it is easy to get confused. Lisa is the complete opposite of this, she is very clear and relatable, a proper get stuff done attitude. Along with her colleague Mandy Robert’s, who again, was a breath of fresh air. I think we had very challenging situations, at our end and theirs, but everything was dealt with excellently. I will be highly recommending Chesworths and Lisa, and will certainly be coming back should we need any legal representation in the future.
