Asked Phillip to help with a name change by deed poll originally, he said he could help. I shared the documents with him via whatsapp (as he didn't know what a deed poll declaration looked like) and chatted generally about what he thought I needed to complete the process. Called back a couple weeks later to get something organised, he then refused to help any further with no real reason as to why. I then tried to call back about a statuary declaration; something his website states is a service he offers. He told me he'd call back and rudely hung up immediately. No call back has been received. Highly unprofessional, I strongly advise anybody seeking legal support from this bloke to not. His prices may be competitive however this is a clear example of "you get what you pay for", if you can even get to that stage.
