Was recommended to AL via Estate Agents and wish I had done my own research at the time. AL Failed to draw my attention to a restrictive covenant when purchasing my house. Neighbours then tried to enforce it when I put in a planning application for an extension, the whole thing cost me thousands in litigation and Anthony Leonard failed in their duty of care to notify me of the risk in purchasing a house wuith covenants like this in place. We are now seeking to discharge the covenant but it was a nasty shock and a very stressful time for us. Very cold stand-offish firm and zero attention to detail.....AVOID like the plague

This firm represented the buyers in a sale of a house by one of my relatives. They insidiously inserted a clause into the contract: asking for access to maintain services and then putting in access at any time for any reason. This cost my relative tens of thousands in loss of value to her property. Anthony Leonard even demanded my relative give their client half her garden and pay their costs to 'fix' their little con so she could sell her house.
Taking advantage of old ladies is disgusting. They are without morals. Don't let anyone you know be their next victim.
