One star is being generous, they were extremely slow, did not seem to understand the legal process around transfer of ownership and were very difficult to get hold off. To round it all off, they didn't even complete all of the work that they were supposed to which I found out and subsequently had to resolve further down the line when I came to sell my property. Would not recommend to anyone
