Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!!

I would not recommend this solicitor based on my experience.

Communication has been extremely poor throughout. I’ve had to chase repeatedly by both phone and email, yet my calls have gone unanswered and my emails have been ignored. As a client, it’s frustrating to be left with no updates or responses when you’re trusting a solicitor to handle your case.

I was also disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding costs. Good communication and transparency are the minimum you should expect from a solicitor, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Excellent service, truly helpful staff, honest hardworking people who want to do their best for others. This firm has restored my faith in solicitors. Especially Sanam.
