Very professional. We made an appointment which unfortunately had to be changed but we were kept informed every step of the way. We were dealt with very promptly and professionally by Katie. We felt reassured by her and the way she dealt with all our personal information. The staff on the reception were also very friendly and polite

I saw Mr Harris, he was so helpful and his lovely approachable nature took the street put of the situation, lovely receptionist, very welcoming, I'd highly recommend this place 😊
