Just to reply to your statement I did need a solicitor. I think maybe a receptionist is not the one to make that judgement as it was a much more detailed advice I needed but unfortunately I was not listened to hence the ending of the phone call as I was not getting anywhere. It felt like a doctor's receptionist situation.
