Once again great to work with Nicole Green. Some 13 years after we purchased a property, the local council wrote to claim they had never received critical paperwork. Within minutes, Nicole produced the relevant paperwork from the 13 year old file and resolved the problem. If only the local council had someone half as good as Nicole on their team

I have recently sold and bought property and with difficulties including aborted sale along the way. Throughout the whole process, Nicole Green from Perry Hay was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, calm, friendly and the absolute voice of reason when things were not going to plan. Anyone who has been through the process knows communication between different parties can be very challenging. Nicole cut through any confusion, removed any ‘noise’, provided clarity and made things happen. Best house selling / buying experience I have had. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough.
