This has been my fourth move but my first time using Kidd Rapinet, this move was on behalf of my Mum and from the get go of the legal proceeding starting I was impressed with Hana and Sunita's quick responses, previous solicitors I have dealt with would take weeks at a time to respond and I accepted that has being the 'norm'. Sunita and Hana were quick to respond and if they didn't have the answers they would acknowledge my e-mail and give me an update when they knew. This move went on for nearly 7 months, no fault of their own at all, and it suddenly got urgent and we exchanged at 5pm 24 hours before our completion date!

Sunita ensured her team were up to date on the situation so they could handle the case in her absence, we were updated regularly and they were very thorough!

Hana was fantastic on day of exchange pushing everything she could to ensure we got over the line!
