We used Whatley Recordon for selling our home and purchasing another. There was an 'error' made where we were over charged by £9000!! We had to calculate the figures ourselves to realise that this had happened whereupon we received a lukewarm apology. Avoid this firm at all costs. Moving home is stressful enough without this.
