I had a really positive experience with Otten Penna. They were professional, supportive, and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and I always felt well-informed and reassured.

Do not use this firm absulutly terrable , the reception staff are so rude its an absulute joke

My solicitor never speaks to me when I call I had a male solicitor who otten penna allocated me called Aaron didn't do there job in pointing out how ss have neglected me and my children on multiple occasions couldn't help when they said they would which led to the judge making a decision I am horrified I want the judges decision appealed I've contacted my MP I've contacted citizens advice and I'm also thinking about contacting the papers about social services especially anna hubble and also your company to show what support I had which was nothing judge Edge made the wrong decision and I want to appeal against it I ain't going to give up they are my children not anyone else's to make decisions with!!!! Let's start with ss saying they'll help me with redecorating my flat they'll get the help from charities apparently they never did saying they'll put me and my partner on courses they never did phoning my partner when we was in hospital to say they was coming to collect my children for alls they knew he could of been one of them dad's that wasn't present and I would of been none the wiser my partner had adhd and autism and ss have neglected to try help him get any help also NHS lied and told ss I was bottle feeding when I was infact breastfeeding and they was snatched away from me 2 days after they were born me and my partner used to argue so we came up with the decision we will be together but not live together as my home is my childrens home this doesn't get dealt with and I do not get a fair trial with my babies I am going to the press about your lot, social services and judge Edge I ain't giving up!!!

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Otten Penna. My divorce was handled efficiently, starting with an initial meeting where the process, paperwork and time-scale was explained. I had clear instructions on what do to, by when and Otten Penna were very responsive to any queries. After a period of time, my ex-wife’s solicitor was stood down and Otten Penna produced the paperwork that we both signed. This is indicative of level of trust we established.

Absolutely under no circumstances, would I ever go with these people? I only rang up for some advice. I am the woman on the phone was an absolute disgrace, rude arrogant! & really ugly inside… the boss of this firm! Need to give his head a wobble! & get a grip of his staff..
